1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our MOQ starts from 10 pieces per style.
This allows brands to test small collections, launch capsules, or build a line gradually.

2. Which products do you specialize in?

We focus exclusively on woven resort wear garments, primarily:

  • Dresses

  • Kaftans and cover-ups

  • Jumpsuits and playsuits

  • Shorts

We do not produce swimwear or denim.

3. Can you help with fabric sourcing?

Yes. We can recommend suitable fabrics based on your design, price point, and market.
We commonly work with rayon, viscose, cottons, linen, voile, and other woven fabrics suitable for warm climates.

4. Do you offer design services?

Yes. For brands that need creative support, we can provide design services through curated international fashion designers, including silhouettes, moodboard direction, and technical handover.

For brands with their own designer, we also offer manufacturing only.

5. How long does sampling take?

Sampling typically takes several weeks, depending on fabric availability, style complexity, and number of styles being developed.
We always give estimated timelines before starting.

6. How long does bulk production take?

Bulk production generally takes a few weeks after sample approval and deposit.
Timelines depend on quantities, fabrics, and current capacity in Bali and Solo.

7. Can I visit the factory?

Yes, we welcome factory visits by appointment.
Visits can be arranged in Bali (Pererenan) or Solo (Central Java).

8. Which countries do you work with?

We work with brands in Europe, North America, Australia, and Asia, and ship worldwide from Indonesia.

9. What are your payment terms?

Standard terms include a deposit to begin production and the balance before shipment.
Specific terms may vary depending on the order.

10. Which shipping methods do you offer?

We can ship by air or sea from Indonesia.
Many clients use their own forwarders, but we can also assist with shipping options if needed.

11. Can you produce urgent or small capsule collections?

Yes. Thanks to our low MOQs and two factory locations, we can support smaller or time-sensitive collections when planned in advance.

12. Which fabrics do you not work with?

We do not work with swimwear fabrics, denim, or heavy technical materials.
